Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026. This page explains what we collect when you use our website, quote form or phone line, and what we do with it.
Who we are
East Valley Garage Floors ("we" or "us") runs eastvalleygaragefloors.com and the phone line (520) 779-7575. We are a referral service that connects homeowners in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Mesa and Chandler, Arizona with an independent garage floor coating installer. You can contact us about this policy at eastvalleygaragefloors@mail.grokbot.com.
Information we collect
Quote form
When you fill out the quote form, we collect what you enter: your first name, phone number, city and garage size. If you add them, we also collect your ZIP code, email address, neighborhood, the condition of your floor, the look you want, a target date, notes and a photo of the floor. Photos taken on a phone can contain location data, so you may want to turn that off before uploading. The form also records which page you sent it from.
Phone calls
Calls to (520) 779-7575 are answered by an AI assistant provided by Bland (bland.ai). Calls are recorded and transcribed. Bland stores the recording and transcript, and we keep a written summary of each call, which usually includes your name, phone number, city and the details you gave about your garage. Your phone number is also captured by the phone system when you call.
Website visits
Our site is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace uses cookies and collects basic visit data such as pages viewed, browser type, device and approximate location, and it provides us with site analytics. See the Squarespace privacy policy for details.
Services that handle your information
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) processes the quote form and sends what you submit, including any photo, to us by email.
- Bland (bland.ai) answers calls, records them, and produces transcripts and summaries. It may use its own service providers to do this.
- Squarespace hosts the website and runs its cookies and analytics.
- Our email provider stores the form submissions and call summaries we receive.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To understand your project and arrange a quote.
- To share your request with one independent local installer, who will contact you by phone, text or email to set up a quote. We tell you the installer's name before we share your details.
- To contact you about your request if we need more details.
- To keep our site and phone line working, and to block spam.
Apart from the one installer who quotes your job, we don't sell or share your information with anyone, and we don't share it for marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Once an installer has your details, their use of them is covered by their own policies, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions, call recordings, transcripts and summaries only as long as we need them to handle your request and keep basic records. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see below). Copies held by Bland, FormSubmit and our email provider follow their own retention schedules.
Security
We use established service providers and limit who can see your information. No system is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details by form or phone.
Your choices
To ask what information we have about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to stop hearing from us, email eastvalleygaragefloors@mail.grokbot.com. Tell us the phone number or email you used so we can find your request. Please send these requests by email, since the phone assistant can't process them. We can't delete information an installer already holds, but we'll tell you which installer received it so you can contact them.
Children
This service is for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
